Traffic Warning – Tunnel Closure

Guests traveling from Norfolk International Airport to the Newport News Marriott at City Center via the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel (I-64 West) should be aware of a scheduled tunnel closure. Please allow additional travel time, as traffic will be detoured to the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel (I-664 West). We encourage guests to plan ahead and check traffic conditions before departing to ensure a smooth arrival. The eastbound tunnel will not be closed this weekend.
